Terms of Service

About us. This website is operated by The Tiny Chocolatier, a small UK chocolate business founded by Arjun Singh in 2025. Contact: Hello@TheTinyChocolatier.com. Address: 373–375 Station Road, Harrow HA1 2AW, United Kingdom.

Orders. When you place an order you'll receive an email acknowledging it. A contract is formed when we confirm dispatch. We may decline or cancel an order (with a full refund) if an item is unavailable or there's an error in pricing or description.

Prices and payment. Prices are in pounds sterling and include any applicable taxes. Delivery charges are shown at checkout. Payment is taken when you order.

Our products. Our chocolates are handmade, so colours, shapes and decorations may vary slightly from photos. Full ingredients and allergens are listed on our Ingredients & Allergens page. All products are prepared in a kitchen that handles nuts, peanuts, milk, soya and gluten, so we can't guarantee any product is free from traces of these. Please check before ordering if you have an allergy.

Storage. Store chocolate in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and enjoy by the date shown. Truffles made with fresh ganache have a shorter shelf life, stated on the product page.

Personalised items. Please check spelling carefully when sending personalisation details – we'll make the item exactly as provided.

Workshops. Children attending workshops must be accompanied by a responsible adult unless stated otherwise. Please tell us about any allergies or additional needs when booking.

Returns and refunds. See our Refund Policy. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Liability. We're not liable for losses that weren't foreseeable, or for delays caused by events outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

Law. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
