Shipping Policy

Dispatch. Every order is handmade and packed with care. We aim to dispatch within 5 working days once payment has cleared and items are confirmed in stock. Personalised and made-to-order items may occasionally take a little longer – we'll let you know if so.

UK delivery. Standard UK delivery is £4.50 by Royal Mail Tracked 48. Larger parcels may be sent with Evri. Free UK delivery on orders over £50. You'll receive tracking details by email once your order is on its way.

Delivery instructions. You can add a phone number and delivery notes at checkout – for example, to leave your parcel with a neighbour or in a safe place.

International delivery. We ship to selected countries; available options and costs are shown at checkout. Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. For the USA and Canada, please see our warm-weather notice in the Refund Policy.

Seasonal deadlines. Around Christmas and other busy periods we'll post last order dates on our website – please order early to avoid disappointment.

Delays. Estimated delivery times are a guide; we can't be responsible for courier delays outside our control, but we'll always help chase a late parcel.
