Delivery

 

We aim to ensure your chocolates arrive safely and on time. Delivery costs are £4.50 for UK standard shipping (Royal Mail 48 Hour Tracked Service).

 

We use Royal Mail for standard parcels and Evri for larger packages to ensure your order is handled with care.

 

Delivery

 

During checkout, you can provide a contact telephone number and any special delivery instructions to assist our carriers. This might include leaving your chocolates with a neighbour or in a safe location if you’re not home.

 

Your contact information will only be used to assist with delivery and will not be used for marketing purposes.

 

Dispatch & Stock

 

Orders are dispatched once payment has cleared and items are confirmed in stock.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 3-5 days of the order being placed. 

Please note that while we provide estimated delivery dates, we cannot be held responsible for unforeseen delays.

 

Returns & Refunds

 

We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. Chocolates are delicate, and on rare occasions may arrive damaged or fail to reach their destination. If this occurs, please contact us immediately at TheTinyChocolatier@outlook.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.

 

Goods are not sold on a “Sale or Return” basis.
